1. To create a dialup connection for
HotNet you first need to access the "Internet Connection
Wizard" by going to - Start/Programs/Accessories/Communications/Internet
Connection Wizard
2. Once the Wizard has opened, Select "I
want to setup my Internet Connection Manually" and
click the "Next" button to continue... 3. Select "I connect through
a phone line and a modem" and click "Next". 4. Leave the Area code blank and enter
the Telephone Number - 0198331246. Make
sure you Uncheck(Un-tick) "Dial using the area
code and country code". Click "Next" to
continue... 5. Enter your full Hotnet Email Address
as your username and then enter your HotNet Account
Password. Click "Next" to continue... 6. Name your connection "HotNet" and
click "Next" to continue... 7. Select "No" in regards
to setting up a Mail account Now, this will be explained
in the Mail Setup tutorial. Click "Next" to
continue... 8. If you wish to connect straight
away then tick the available check box. Click "Finish" to
complete the wizard! 9. Once the wizard has completed,
the Dialup Connection window will show if you selected
the last option in the wizard. Click the "Connect" button
to connect to the Internet!
You have completed the Dialup Installation for HotNet!

1. Begin by Double-clicking the "My
Computer icon on your desktop
2. Double-click the "Dialup Networking" Icon... 3. Now Right-click the "HotNet" Icon
and select "Properties" from the list.
4. Change the HotNet Dial-in number
to 0198331246 and make sure "Use
area code and Dialing Properties" is Un-ticked.
Click "OK" to close this Properties Box.
This completes modifying your HotNet Dial-in number.
